GiET foundation conducts ‘Faculty development programs’ with the help of senior Professors from ivy league institutions in India and abroad. Faculty development Programs are unique to needs of institutions and customization is done before delivery. FDP ranges from one day to three weeks programs, delivered in diverse ways, ‘on campus’ as well as ‘off campus’. There is unique faculty ‘on boarding’ module to help institutions welcome new faculty and staff to have an effective team that is high performing.
